DiNOLA personify all that make their home, New Orleans, one of the greatest cities in the world. Listening to the bewitchingly beautiful voice of Sue Ford, her immensely compelling lyrics, over the roar and rumble of the powerhouse trio of husband Jimmy Ford on dynamically wicked drums, Eddie Payne's solid, stalwart bass, and Eric Laws preeminent guitar and keyboard skills, is likened to a night on the town in New Orleans.
They take you on a musical thrill ride through the many fantastic facets of life in the Big Easy. From the sultry swing of the famous back beat, the unbridled abandon of a night in the French Quarter, to the sweaty sweetness of dancing in the hot, humid summer nights.
Known for their astonishing live shows, as well as the madness of performing with/as Pink Slip in many years of Mardi Gras parading, DiNOLA has sharpened their already incredible musical deftness to a whole new level. - Dave Catching
